Clancy is a legal consultant in the field of commercial law and specializes in intellectual property law and e-commerce law. Since 1995, he has been lecturing Economics, Law, Organisational Behaviour and Project Management for CIMA, CIM and Degree Programmes. His exposure business covers wide span of fields including finance, operations management, imports/exports and professional education in leading organizations in Sri Lanka. He has read for M.Sc. in project management (Curtin, Australia) and presently reading for LL.M. in international trade law (Northumbria, UK).

Clancy is a Member/Director and a Senior Lecturer at Wisdom Business Academy. He is a sought after resource personnel and speaker by leading commercial establishments both locally and internationally. He has conducted several training workshops on invitation by CIMA Sri Lanka Division and is the only Sri Lankan to be invited by CIMA UK to conduct Train the Trainer sessions overseas. |

Mallik Sriyanka De Silva

A founder member and a director of WISDOM BUSINESS ACADEMY, Mallik is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka as well as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. His exposure in the mercantile sector is diverse, where he has held senior managerial positions in several multinational organisations such as Reckitt Benckister, British American Tobacco Plc and Chief Financial Officer at Brandix Lanka Ltd a leading apparel exporter. Currently he serves as a Tax Consultant to Ernst and Young (Chartered Accountants)

Mallik’s lecturing experience spans over 10 years lecturing subjects such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Taxation.
He has conducted training programmes related to finance, in Sri Lanka as well as overseas. He is regularly invited as a presenter for Professional Development Programmes and Student Revision Programmes conducted by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Sri Lanka Division. He has also co-authored several publications in the fields Marketing and Finance. Being a Licentiate of The Trinity of College of Music London adds colour to his life. He is married with one child.

Shanil Jayasekara
B.Com, ASCMA, CIMA passed finalist
A founder of the WISDOM BUSINESS ACADEMY, Shanil Jayasekara is presently a Director of the establishment. He has been lecturing since 1993 and dealt with 9 out of 15 subjects of the CIMA syllabus. Shanil has produced as many as 24 CIMA prize winners. He is the Country Manager of ICFAI Education Lanka which is the Sri Lankan branch of ICFAI University of India.
