What is CIMA Quality Partner
Learning Through Partnership (LTP) is CIMA’s quality assurance scheme for colleges conducting lectures for CIMA and it is designed to improve delivery of CIMA courses and help students and employers identify the providers of CIMA tuition up to the standards set by CIMA.
The scheme is based on a framework of standards for CIMA course delivery. The standards are concerned with students' learning processes and experiences, and the environment within which learning takes place. Standards, which underpin good practice, have been established to cover issues such as:
- Teaching, learning support, course monitoring and review
- Coverage of the syllabus, staff expertise and resources
- Involvement of student in course development
Colleges offering CIMA courses are recognised on three levels structured in three progressive tiers: Registration, Threshold and Quality Standard. Quality Standards accreditation offers formal recognition to those courses that meet or surpass the Quality Standards set by CIMA by awarding them approval.
In countries where Quality Standards accreditation is available (Botswana, Ireland, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the UK) only those colleges that have achieved accredited status are recommended by CIMA to students and employers.

Being the only college in Sri Lanka that specialises in conducting lectures and coaching students exclusively for Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, I am extremely delighted to note that Wisdom has been conferred with CIMA "Quality Partner".
