Shanil is a founder member of the Wisdom Business Academy and is also a Director of the institute. He has been a CIMA lecturer since 1993 and conducted lectures for 9 out of 15 subjects in the CIMA syllabus. Shanil has produced as many as 24 CIMA prize winners. Shanil is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and also a member of Associated Certified Management Accountants (ASCMA). He has also completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Colombo. Shanil has conducted CIMA revision programmes in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
